Powerade Zero ?

My doctor said to drink water or low calorie drinks. I have been trying to find low calorie drinks and came across Powerade Zero. What do you think about it? I normally add no sugar drink mixes (propel or crystal light) to my water, but I am interested in the Powerade Zero because it has electrolytes. Also, I am getting tired of the same old grape propel water.

Yes, Powerade Zero was my number one go to right after surgery because it so easy to get dehydrated those first few weeks. You definitely need those electrolytes. Gatorade G2 is good too but I prefer the taste of Powerade. Most find that water is hard to drink at first so be ready for that.

Powerade Zero is fine for and after post op. I have just drunk so many of them that I have switched over to crystal light and generics because I 'm so burned out on the taste but it does taste good and keep you hydrated so no problems there.

Since surgery 8 weeks ago (and after 1 bout with dehydration) I've become a Powerade 0 junkie. Never liked Gatorade - tastes like salty kool aid to me but Powerade (and Propel) are good. I especially like the lemon lime one (and it's a pretty green. And we all know the prettier the drink, the more we actually drink!)

I buy Powerade for .69 cents at food 4 Less. I've seen it for as much as $2.50 at Circle K, however.

So, yes, Powerade is a good go to choice...and it's making my hubby drink less Coke Zero.

I tried Powerade Zero & it was horrible!!! I found Great Value brand at Walmart that is actually pretty good.

The electrolytes are the other reason i drink it at the gym. I'm not a fan of grape or orange drinks at all but find that if they're Powerade I like them.

I love powerade zero. Blue and red!!

The only problem I find is that you can't buy the zero of it in powder form like the sugar powerade. Because I drink so much of it it would be cheaper in powder form. I'm in Australia and it costs nearly $4 a bottle!

You can buy the Powerade zero drops on amazon to mix in bottle of Water, etc. can't get link to post just search powerade zero on amazon and you will see them

I know! Sometimes you are lucky to get 2 for 1 but that's very few and far between!
