Need Help

Hi eveyone I have never done this before.

I had my band fitted in November 2006 and have lost nearly 3st. The trouble I am having is I have keep cravings for biscuits. The only problem with this is I never touch them in the past. Plus they don't agree with me and causes me alot of pain. I have been told that I'm fighting the band. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, and how they got over it.

I've had cravings for spinach that I absolutely hated before my band. Strange, isn't it? The difference with me is that I love it now and can't get enough. Maybe you're just craving bread type foods, not actually biscuits.

I am with you dilly! I never used to eat biscuits but now I crave them too but don't agree with me as well...my advise try to find a healthy alternative. how bout a rice cracker or something. Welcome to LBT it is great to meet you here and keep us posted wont you!
