Stall help!

I had my sleeve on 7/18

Pre surgery weight: 428

Day of surgery: 410

Current weight: 368

I have lose 60 pounds, and moved from a 54 waste to 48 (today they fit).

I think I might be losing inches but no weight. I have no moved from 60 pounds in week and half and it is driving me nuts. My goal weight is 250.

Any ideas to kick start weight loss. I am bringing in 600-800 calories, but was bringing in 58-65 Protein over past two weeks. For past two days I ha e added Protein shake to get up to 80+ grams.

HELP!!!

Many people have weighed in on this, pun intended. They have offered lots of good advice that will most likely be helpful to you. Search for "stall." The search box is towards the upper right corner.

Hang in there, stalls happen. Sometimes I find changing my diet a bit helps. I know you are limited on what you can eat at this stage but try some different things. Your body will start losing again don't fear. I have had stalls that last a few weeks and than bam the weight starts coming off again.

It will start again. Drink plenty if water
