Eating post surgery

I see a lot of people talking about stalls etc. I wanted to suggest that perhaps some of you are being too strict with your diet post surgery. Remember that your body needs some fats. I've eaten tuna salad, regular salad dressing, cheese etc and have not hit a stall yet. I'm down 47 from 247 and surgery was june 10th. I just wanted to throw this out there in case you have been too disciplined with your eating. Its good to mix it up so that your body never adjusts to a set amount of calories and fat. Give it a try and see if you break your stall.
