weight gain

I am 4 weeks out, the first 2 weeks I lost 27 lbs, on my 4 week checkup I gained a 1.5 lbs. How did this happen I can't even get hardly any food or drink in. :( Anyone else have this happen or any suggestions?

I am almost 6 months out...I've had three 1 lb gains despite eating & drinking so little. It happens. I think our bodies & systems have to adjust and catch up!

Search the site for "stall."

I'm just over 4 weeks out & I've had a 2 lb gain. I attribute it to my body being in starvation mode because most days I only get in about 500-600 calories, so there is NO WAY I could gain 2 lbs with that. But I keep trying to get more in & I have lost a considerable amount of weight in 4 weeks so I'm just going to keep trudging along....Don't feel alone tho.
