Plateau No More!

Like everyone I hit a plateau around 4 months where I could only lose about 1 pound every two weeks. I saw the doctor for my 6 months check-up and he said "you're eating too many carbs". I was only taking in about 30-50 a day. Eating healthy foods only. Drinking water but not what I should have been. Maybe 30-40 oz a day.

I went back to 64 oz of fluid a day and 20 grams of carbs a day and the weight has been falling off once again! Woot! I'm getting close to my goal. 38 more pounds to go. Doesn't near as overwhelming as 115 lbs was!

I love my sleeve!

That’s awesome for you. I have been the same stinking size for a few months now. I started working out in October and it halted my weight loss like a stubborn mule!

My working out partner has plastics and she is out of commission for a while and I started to lose again. Me and exercise are not friends.

LOL
