No restriction

Hi I'm 2 weeks out and I'm on my soft phase and I feel like I can still eat quite a bit. I've read people have 2 or 3 bites and they are full. I can eat half a can of tuna and some applesauce and I've yet to get that "full" feeling. Is this normal?

I was able to eat more than a couple bites, more like you are talking. Think about it. How much could you eat before? Did a half a can of tuna and a little applesauce do it for you before? I am about 5 months out and eating less than a cup a sitting, depends on what it is, but I do feel very full. Everyone is different so only time will tell.

Very true! I guess I just thought I would've had more restriction. Thanks

I am 15 days as well. I can eat half a cup of runny soup, but less of a more dense purée like tuna salad. Also if I make one scrambled egg with 2 tbs of skim milk I can only eat about 2/3 of it. I some times have a protein shake in the afternoons for a snack but it takes me about an hour or more to finish it. I thought this was all ok. I see the dietician next Monday.

You will probably notice more restriction when you start more dense proteins.

Your eating a lot less than me. I eat about 1/4 cup of tuna and I still feel hungry. I also do the Protein Shake as a snack but still don't feel full

I sure hope so. I don't want to push it to the point I get sick. So I just stop and I still feel hunger throughout the day :(
