super stressed at 4 months

Super stressful day and almost bought a candy bar but did not . I may not be perfect about my diet but I think I do well since a coke and candy bar used to be my usual breakfast

    You did well, I can relate as when I get stressed I used to go for a diet coke and chips. Now I have to find other ways to deal with it. Good luck.
