I had my surgery 6-20 and weigh 243 and today made 2 months and weigh 205 a weightloss of 38lbs. What do you eat on a normal day? Curious and need motivation. By the way congrats :)

You look great! I hope I have that much success at 2 months out!

I don't eat very well. I make sure that I get my protein in and drink plenty of water. I eat a lot of potatoes, which probably isn't good. This up coming month, I am going to work on eating better. I have not has bread or pasta at all and I don't eat things with sugar. I'm fixing to start a journal. Congrats on your weight loss as well! You are only ten day behind me!
