I was denied today by HealthFirst because the ppl at my surgeons office forgot to include my cardiologist clearance and my nutritionist visit ... Apparently They lost my documents so I have to get these items and resubmit by Friday... I'm so pissed has this ever happened to Anyone? !!!!

So sorry you're going through this. Try your best to get your paperwork submitted in time. Also, if you can hand deliver, that would be good.

I had to end up doing that a couple times because paperwork got lost, never sent, etc. Hang in there and best wishes!!

I'm sorry this happened to you but it just cements your decision to have surgery and all the struggles you've been through to get to this point this is just one more step to your freedom and nothing should get in your way stay strong and just keep moving forward and soon you'll be where you want to be. One step at a time

Approved surgery next Friday and I have a cold I need to get rid of this ASAP ... Ugh
