I was sleeved aug 30 I lost 28 pounds haven't lost in about a week or two I notice the scale keeps going up and down 2 pounds ... Annoying... What are you guys eating ??? -
I'm 4 weeks post op and I'm down 28 pounds yaaaay!!! I hope I keep loosing I wanna start working out and shaping my body I don't wanna look sloppy lol

Has any one not lost weight after the sleeve ? Or not lost as much as they wanted to... I had surgery on 8/30 I have lost about 23 pounds.. I feel like I will not loose As much as I want....I'm scared to fail.

22.6 pounds in 2 weeks and 4 days... I know this is good but why do I feel like I'm loosing slow.... I would like to loose 40 more pounds by my birthday Nov 2nd... Is that possible ??

I tried ramen noodles it sent me to the bathroom -
I'm having surgery tomorrow at 730 am.... I am excited and happy to get this over with... My mom who had the surgery a year and a half ago gave me some one oz cups ... And I'm looking at the cups like is this all I can drink every 15 mins.... !!! I hope I will get thru this

Yes , I had sex the morning of my surgery and about a week after surgery

I use to drink a large soup and a beef party now I can't even drink half of a small soup...
