Yep, I can relate. Out the other night and ordered a miso soup--my favorite. Could not even finish 1/8 of it!

Oh how sweet it is to be sleeved....

I actually had a small panic attack the day I realized I'd NEVER EVER eat a whole MEAL again.....yikes.... now it's much better and I'm thankful for being sleeved. It means I will never be as overweight either.

I felt the same way too food was my comfort.. Now I'm realizing how much I have been depending on food to make me feel better..
