I have a question. Will I still use my food scale to weigh my foods post op?

definitely it is one of the most important things youll need post op

I do!! Saves me a bunch of money and food waste. My eyes still see normal sized portions at times but my tummy only holds an ounce or two. My scale helps me track and keeps me from putting too much on my plate.

I couldn't do without it! You can't trust your eyes at all and tracking protein grams and calories is critical. Especially if you need to trouble shoot any problems.
