Loud gurgles!

Okay, I am in my 9th week and this is getting annoying LOL Still, everytime I eat or drink anything, my throat and tummy gurgles loudly! It's no big deal when I'm home, obviously. My husband just chuckles and imitates how it sounds (nice, eh? lol). But, out in public it's so embarrassing!

Is anyone else still having the same issue? Please tell me it stops at some point?
