1 month progress - non-scale victory too!

Went for my 1 month post-op appt yesterday, and was surprised by the improvement in my resting heart rate! It dropped from 97 to 72! I wasn't really tracking my blood pressure preop, but knew it was climbing, but not to the point of being medicated yet. Yesterday, it was 108/80.

And I am 27 # down since 6/25 pre-op diet : )

Congrats! That's a great NSV -- one that shows how much you've improved your overall health. :)

And if that's your dog in your profile picture, he/she is ADORBS!!

Thank you! Surprised that major improvement came so quick. I have been very worried about my RHR. No wonder I've been worn out, carrying all this around!

Great NSV! Keep up the good work.

Improving your health like that is the best kind of NSV!! Congratulations!
