And the best one yet for me...

Yesterday I had a follow up with my surgeon. While listening to my heart he said, "oh wow, your heart rate has gotten so much slower!"

YAY!!!!!

Prior to surgery my resting heart rate was 120's-130s. Now it's in the 60-70s!!!! I'm loving what all these changes are doing to my body!!! :)
