Hey all.. I know that we have three other threads on here for August.. But honestly with all of the replies I have lost track of who all is on the 27th. It would be AWESOME to get us all together so we can keep each other motivated and keep each other posted on our progress.

Granted I haven't done it yet so I don't know 100% but what I have been doing is slowly decreasing the amount I eat everyday until the day gets here that I have to start the liquid diet.. Then it won't be such a shock to my system. Congrats on the date!
