I found that the preop diet was rough for the first couple days but after my body adjusted it wasn't to bad, hopefully it will get better for you. It's also helpful to concentrate on why you are doing this and how much better you will feel after the weight is gone. Good Luck.

Will pray for you. Hang in there, you will win this battle.

You only have to deal with this for about 4 days then everything will be fine. You'll be surprised at how good you feel considering how little you're taking in after that. After surgery you won't have to deal with what you're feeling on top of recovery so that's good too.

your Dr is a angel

Lol... Compared to what others have to do... Yes he is.

Disagree. It would be so easy to get too many carbs on that plan and derail your detox and if you think it's bad now, imagine going through this AND recovering from surgery. No thanks. If i had to do it again, I'd do the same 5 shakes a day that I did before and get the detox over with before surgery.
