Can someone email me an example of their diet plan and the do and don't foods to eat

Join my fitness pal and you can look at the food journals of tons of sleevers. There are multiple threads going currently with people sharing their usernames. Mfp is an app or use the website and its totally free. I'm not a great example because I'm 2+ years out and nursing a baby so I get a ton of calories but my username is Hollyoosa on there too :)
