Has anyone used this website for their postop diet? I've used it before while dieting and it's amazing, but I'm wondering if other people use the recipes in their life after surgery. Do you think it'd be good? Here's a quick link:

I make food from there quite often. Keep in mind to look for the more protein laden recipes though.

I love the recipes from there. It has not only helped me during my post op weight loss but my husband who has lost 40 pounds (without the surgery) because of our changes in diet and exercise. I agree to look for the recipes with more protein. Every recipe I have tried has been excellent!

Yes! I love it!

Is it possible to filter the higher-protein foods or do you have to just keep looking until you find them?

A lot of them are high protein or easy to make them high protein. But no filter I don't think ..... the website is a blog someone made. It's definitely worth checking out.
