13 days out!

Hey ppl so im new to this.... im 13 days out and lost 22bls already that makes me super excited... the only problem Im having is thst every time I drink I get so much air and im burping so much and I hate it!!!! Can anyone else relate?

    Just had surgery 8/1 and the gas is killing me!!! I thought it would stop soon very annoying. Today is my 1st day signing up on here I need suggestions & advice it seems like I made the right decision too
