Benadryl (children's liquid), warm bath with Aveeno oatmeal powder, calamine lotion & aloe Vera (after the bath). That's what my doctor recommended for me and it made me feel so much better. I had an allergic reaction to something in my chewable Vitamin that caused the severe itching and all-over rash that accompanied it. I still do the Aveeno bath at least once a week and it is heavenly!

I would check with your doctor if your symptoms get bad and see what he recommends. Best of luck and I feel for you!
