My insurance approved my surgery today! Crazy thing is the dr office submitted it yesterday. Loved the quick turn around! My surgery is set for September 25th! It's such a surreal feeling now that I've had the blessing of the insurance gods! I'm so excited!

Yes I do! I'm not sure what it will consist of. I think it is a low carb low fat type of diet for 2 weeks prior. I have a final dietician appt. in several weeks to get me set up with that.

Good Luck!! That was fast!! I got my approval fast with Kaiser... but it took almost six months to get a date... and I had to fuss to finally get one.

Thank u guys. I actually got the date first lol. I was worried I was being too presumptuous but my dr scheduled the surgery before approval. I'm so ecstatic.
