I keep picking up these darn cigarettes. My surgery will not be scheduled until I am smoke free for 8 weeks.

I hate to give this advice but....my co-worker smokes and she had surgery in July. She didn't quit. Instead, she went to some herbalist and they gave her something to flush her system and when she went to get her blood work done she was clean. If you have a herbalist store near you, you may want to check with them.
