I was sleeved on July 5th and am just now eating chicken, chewed very thoroughly, and I can't get much down at a time. I too had a fairly easy time with liquids. Hopefully we're normal.

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op. (Surgery 7/11) For the first few days I had a very difficult time getting in all my liquids and protein. But since then ,I am getting them down without a problem at all! I can easily drink 3 protein shakes a day and actually all liquids go right down, including creamed soups or broths. Anything that "pours" goes right down and I actually was able to "drink" a whole cup of cream of chicken soup. No Pain, No nausea. I was full and then stopped. Is this too much??? I am so worried about stretching anything out!
( I did start on the blended/soft foods this past weekend and those are rough. I can only handle a few bites and have to stop.)
