Hey I had my sleeve done on the 24 of this month I can't get all my fluids in help in nothing cold

Try some warm decaf tea. It will help with the swelling of your new stomach. Also try drinking you water at room temperature. Don't worry too much though, because its still early out. Just try sipping throughout the day all day to ensure you get some fluids in. As time goes on, you'll be able to tolerate more & more.

Don't worry. Get in as much as you can. It is normal to have a problem getting all the fluids in at this point. Your job right now is to sip, sip, sip. You should be able to get it all in soon. Try warm broth, no sugar added fat-free yogurt, jello, sugar free popsicles. Work hard to get it all in but don't stress out over it.
