Day 5 of preop

I'm on day 5 of preop should I be losing weight my nutritionist said I should lose 5-15lb I'm still at same weight. I'm wondering what am I doing wrong I'm walking a lot a mile 4 days a week plus an exercise class too. Plus I do hiking with my son class.

My daily intake is 4 shakes lots of water and homemade ice tea no sugar and 1 serving of vegetable and 1 of fruit. I'm not starving nor do I have the weak feeling. I feel great so shouldn't I see at least a 1-2lb down....

Need some help / advice

Don't worry the weight will eventually come off. It takes time. My pre op diet was the same as yours and I lost 10 pounds in three weeks which I thought was not a lot considering the effort I made. I remember not seeing the scale move until day 7, then little by little. Hang in there it will happen.

I am also on day 5 and have only lost 2 lbs. I'm glad I'm not the only one not losing. I keep telling myself that my body will respond soon and I'll lose 20 lbs. in a day. :0
