My slider was Krispy Kreme donut holes...I ate 2 a day for 3 days and decided the discomfort afterward and the sacrifice of a wholesome meal with Protein was really STUPID. I am proud to say I am in recovery now! But I think I needed to do that to see how bad I would feel in comparison to how good I feel with a wholesome protein rich meal. I will not say I will never do that again....but now I know how it feels and am less likely to repeat.

Goldfish crackers

Quest Protein bars... I bet I could eat three in a row.. though I don't.

Cottage cheese/yogurt

Corn chips...... oddly if I use the corn chips to scoop up the cottage cheese it turns these two sliders into a really filling combination. 7 tortilla chips and half a cup of cottage cheese is now one of my favorite filling meals!
