I had my VSG 8 days ago, I know I am allowed to walk but when will I be able to actually hit a gym?

Its up to your surgeon and the plan. Everyones is different. Mine says 30 days

My surgeon said I can play football if I wanted to but when I went to see the Nurse Practitioner a week after my surgery she suggested I become a rock star in my liquids before I advance from walking.
