Give yourself a minimum of fourteen hours a day when you will work on drinking. That leaves 10 hours a day for sleeping, bathing, shopping, etc. Each hour measure out 4.5 - 5 ounces of liquid and sip

It will get easier day by day. Try warm decaf tea as it will help with the swelling of your new stomach. Try drinking your water room temperature. As time goes by, you'll be able to tolerate your flu

My moms been forcing me to drink calories. Obviously she's respecting me in the sense that I can't down a Water bottle in a minute like I could, but I can't seem to get maybe more than 20oz or so a day.
I know I need like two and a half that.
Will it get easier over time to drink more water? I'm 4 or 5 days post op. I pooped! No pain meds so hopefully I don't fear the sharts.
