  • I was pear shaped and my lower half is losing way faster than the rest! I've lost 11 inches from my hips and only 6 in the waist! Crazy!

I am pear shaped. My hips and butt are still the biggest part of me but I do look normal now. While losing weight I lost from top to bottom so my hips and butt went last. I do have quite a bit of excess skin even though I do exercise regularly. I hope to get a lower body lift eventually.

I am pear shaped, and I have definitely lost more from my upper half than my lower half so far. I am working with a trainer now and focusing more on my lower half so that I can become better proportioned as I lose weight. But even when I was a skinny teenager, I always gained weight first in my butt and thighs, so I was expecting to lose that last.
