How do they do fills, what does it feel like, does it hurt?

Fills are rather painless and anticlimatic Here is a post that I truely appreciated. I read it everytime I am going for a fill.

fills are painless however they do insert a needle into the port site which to me just felt like accupuncture. some drs use a numbing spray before but you dont need it. after my dr told me to drink a glass of water too make sure its not too tight. you just feel a delay until all the water goes down

The only part of a fill that hurts is when they give you the numbing agent. It burns. Good luck.
