After you do it do you just have instant relief and that is it? I am concerned that I will have an upset stomach or diarrhea all day!

Lol I don't think you will be in the bathroom all day, maybe just part of it. I've not tried either of those but at least once a week I am popping a Dulcolax or something like it. I'm pretty sure the enema would give you pretty fast relief though:) If you are really uncomfortable go ahead and give it a try.
