Morning nausea

5 weeks post op today and day 2 of being nauseated in the morning. Anyone have any suggestions? I was drinking protein shakes in the morning. I take Pepcid 20 mg once a day. I am having headaches and wonder if its my sinuses...

Correction: I take Pepcid 20 mg twice daily

The nausea seems to be a little better when I drink some skim milk or eat some yogurt first thing in the morning, but that doesn't always work....

I hope you feel better soon! *hugs*
