What does full feel like?

I agree about the initial full feeling, just a heads up.. You may not want to get into the habit (or continuing the habit) of eating until you are full, one extra bite can really be very painful.

Yes the heavy feeling does mean your full. Right now being on liquids its kind of hard to tell, with your stomach still being numb. So take it easy, only drink the amount your surgeon wants you to so

For me, in the first few weeks it definitely was a tightness in my chest. Over time, that changed for me and I do get a feeling of fullness in my stomach, but it just feels like there is a restriction

I need your help, I was sleeved on the 12th and I don't know what full feels like! I have always pushed the boundaries on eating everything on my plate, so now I don't know when to stop? I am on liquid phase and get a heavy feeling in my chest is that it?
