Feeling crappy

Yesterday I walked the Brooklyn Bridge and I had some of my protein shake before we left and I drank water all the way. I started to feel a little shaky I realized I needed sugar so I got fresh fruit cup ate it I felt much better :) even though I'm on purée then got home and ate applesauce felt good after that I realized I was depleting all my electrolytes from sweating and drinking plain water :(
