Hi I'm new to the forums. I was sleeved 4-23-2013. So far I'm down 63 lbs. but down 90 since journey began. Still a long way to go!

    I'm doing alright with everything. Just have to make sure I chew everything well. I still have some trouble getting in all my protein.
