Plateau

I lost 30 pounds my first 2 weeks from surgery. Now I have not lost a pound for 10 days. Is this normal? I regularly exercise and eat as my surgeon suggest. I have lost inches during this phase. I am just wondering how long will these plateaus last and what should I do while experiencing them?

If you search for 3 (three) week stall, you should find plenty of information and help to get through this phase.

Hi there,

my surgery was June 13 and I have been losing and gaining the same .9 lb for 11 days. When I asked about it on here, all I got was "this happens" "it'll pass" "stick to your doctors instructions" Basically, it happens to a lot of people so suck it up, is what I took from it. Apparently it usually passes around 2 weeks. Good luck!
