Grumpy sleeve

Ok I think I finally found something that makes my sleeve grumpy. I took my vities with a blended Protein Drink. The first time I've felt like I'm going to lose my Cookies, or slime. Yuck!

    Flour tortillas or rice. I'm three years out and tend to avoid these foods. They swell up and cause serious discomfort even when I keep it to just a few bites.
