At almost 6 months out I average 900 to 1000 calories daily.....sometimes more than that sometimes less.

I'm exactly 5 weeks post-op today. (It feels like I'm further along...I could've sworn today was week 6 or 7.) I average 450 calories. My goal is to get up to 800 very soon.

I'm 4 weeks out as of yesterday and I'm probably between 400-600.

900 to a 1,000 calories a day.

At 4 months out, I average between 800 and 1,000. Sometimes less than 800, and almost never over 1,000.

four months out 800-1050 calories a day. I like to eat in a range because some days I'm just hungrier than others... If I've done a LOT of exercise for the day (like if I burn 1500 extra calories according to my bodymedia fit) I might go as high as 1200 but only if I'm feeling like I need it.. When I get down to 200 I'll increase my calories to create a more moderate deficit and I'll eat back my exercise calories.

4.5 months out and average 1000 a day. Have been in a stall for a while. May try to drop down to 700 for a few days to see if that helps.
