I'm having a hard time getting my 60g of Protein a day. I have tried the at home gladiator powder with different fruit-- and I can't.. I can do muscle milk and juven--

Looking for something else that doesn't taste absolutely awful

Any tips?

Also, has anyone tried Protein Shots, and if so, what kinds?

Profect Protein shots are available from Bariatric Advantage or Amazon. They are avail in 25 and 50 gram sizes and a bunch of flavors. I bought the orange-pineapple flavor and mixed with Crystal Light orange flavor. It tastes a bit vitaminy, but if it's cold it's better. It gave me a nice lift.

You can also mix unjury strawberry Sorbet Protein Powder in sugar-free Jello, or with Crystal Light.

I was told to not do the protien shots by mt NUT.....my doctor prefers that I eat my protien, and if I must have 1 bar or 1 shake a day to help....but to eat as normal as possible....as he said this isnt a diet...this is a lifestyle change, the way you are eating (healthy) you will eat healthy hopefully the rest of your life...

I don't like the shakes either - you can try Isopure from GNC. It's a clear drink that comes in a lot of flavors 40g Protein in a 20oz bottle

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
