My first stall......

Good morning sleevers,

I think that I am having my first stall I've been at 207.2 for the last few days, but I'm ok with it because I know that it is only short term. By me not being able to get in the gym yet I think I have done very well, I feel really good about the weight that I have already lost and I'm looking pretty good, so I am not even going to trip out about the stall.

I have even found a couple of was to get my Protein in with juice and I can even tell the difference on how I feel with getting it in.

I say thank you all for you support even when it hurts, but sometimes that's what we need to get back on track.

Dana :D

I just had my first stall this past week. Finally broke this morning. Down 2 lbs. We will get there.
