I week post op:)

I had my one week follow up today and total including my 2 week preop diet I have lost 30 pounds :) super exciting!

I forgot to ask them today, but can I add lemon to my Water??

    I was told that a little lemon in my water is fine. Sadly, I can't tolerate lemon yet. Hopefully, you can!

    That is awesome. You're doing well. I add lemon to my soup. I just had my surgery on Friday. Its just a little but I am fine :)
