cotinine blood test pre op?

I am all set to go other than my blood test. Once I pass they set a date. My Dr. Said I had to quit smoking three months prior. I am 37 and a pack a day smoked for 19 years. I quit smoking and all nicotine now for 16 days. Do you think I'll pass if I take the test tomorrow? If I pass my surgery will be set for the end of july. Thanks in advance.
