How does the 5 day pouch test work? What are the benifits? I'm sure this has been discussed many times here, but I'm struggling to find my way around!

    There is a pouch test and a 5 day boot camp but I don't know of a 5 day test. The pouch test is to determine sleeve capacity. It involes eating measured out servings of cottage cheese to learn how much your sleeve can hold. If you do a search for Lil Miss Diva, her 5 day boot camp is an eating plan thought to break carb cravings and "reset" healthy sleeve eating if you feel like you have fallen of the wagon. Good luck!
