New Sleeve

Hi everyone!!! I'm a newbie to the forums and was sleeved on 6/18. Today is one week post op for me and I noticed some swelling to my left upper abdomen directly under my breast. I'm a nurse so I started freaking out, when I thought of all the different things that it could be. I'm not having any pain, nausea, fever or any signs of infection at my incision sites. My surgeon said just to keep an eye on swelling. Should I be concerned? Did anyone else experience anything like this? I pray it's not a hematoma or a hernia.
