Body cramping ad soreness

Hello all,

I am currently 13days post-op I had been felling great right after surgery and actually up until Sunday. I came back to work yesterday and my body was in shock, I had a mild headache and when I got home I put my feet up and I realized how sore my thighs and calfs were. Then I went to lay down to go to bed and my feet started cramping up. Is anyone else having this issue?

Please share....

Me too, me too! I'm really achy & I got my 1st headache yesterday! My hubby says it's dehydration & the lack of Protein....My surgeon is on vacation this week but, if it gets to the point that I can't handle it, I will go to the ER!

I hope you feel better soon!

I was thinking the issue was maybe more lack of protein, I actually cheated and had me a poched egg white for Breakfast yesterday and today and I can tell the difference today. I do feel a little better far as the cramping. Tryinf to make sure that I'm getting in my fluids with the Isopure no sugar no carb drink to kinda help me out. I know it's still not much but it's something.

I called my NUT and she told me

- Fluids

- Protein

- Vitamins

To make sure to try and get them in that way because I get sick off the protien shakes and the chicken noodle flavor protein. OMG my stomach can't take it. I start the pureed phase tomorrow and I CAN NOT WAIT.....
