5 days post-op I hate crushing my pills it's gross I put it in a cup with a small amount if chocolate shake that helps but it's just a pain in the ass:(

Well come to find out I wasn't supposed to be crushing two of my pills so I stopped. They were small anyway so I took a chance and Sleevie Ray Vaughn was okay with it.

Ask your doctor - you might be able to stop crushing yours soon too.

I take my pills whole and they're quite big. I take one at a time. Haven't had any problems but I do stagger all of my supplements.
