Down 29lbs since August 20th....

I'm only down 22 lbs since surgery on 8/7. I notice I seem to be losing slower than most people. Can you ladies give me an example of what you eat in a days time? I feel like I can still eat too much...definitely less than before but more than I had anticipated.

Since surgery on 8/26 I have lost 29lbs. Nearly 7wks out and I usually eat 3, 4oz meals per day and usually no snacks. Only drink water, crystal light, and powerade zero. I manage about 40g protein and 40oz water per day.

Surgery Aug 29th down 24 pounds but since I started changing my habits before surgery I am down 39 pounds. So I am feeling really good back does not hurt when I stand for a long period of time. I can walk up the stairs using each stair instead of taking one at a time. My clothes are fitting better and some things are to big. So this is so worth it.
