Cleaning Tongue

So the back of my tongue is still kinda gross from being intubated during surgery. I have bought a tongue cleaner and foam, but cannot use it without gagging horribly! Has anyone dealt with this issue and have any solutions?

Put a couple of capsules of Golden Seal powder in your mouthwash or just separately with water and gargle with it for a few days. It should clear it up.

put some salt Water in your mouth and then with a clean toothbrush start brushing the very back while keeping the saltwater in your mouth.

Also, some Probiotics helped to clear up the funk n gunk that accumulated
